UK - Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (3 to 7 working days): £5

Priority Shipping (1 to 3 working days): £10

We offer complementary Standard Shipping to the United Kingdom on orders over £100

*Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or divert it.

US - Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (4 to 10 working days): $10

Priority Shipping (3 to 5 working days): $20

 We offer complementary Standard Shipping to the United States on orders over $100

EU - Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (4 to 10 working days): £10

Priority Shipping (3 to 5 working days): £20

Returns

To request a return, please contact us at customer@zuresolaris.com.

You may return a product within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Returns that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift Cards
  • Gifts with purchase
  • Final sale items
  • Used items

Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from the Zure Solaris online store. If you purchased one of our products at a retail location, please contact them directly to initiate your return. Please note, third-party reseller return policies may vary.

Refunds

On receipt of return, if your return is eligible for a refund in line with our Returns Policy we shall process the refund as soon as possible.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Original shipping charges, duties and taxes will not be refunded.

If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency.

What's the status of my order?

You can check your order status from the orders page on your account. Please allow 24 hours for the order information to be updated. Once shipped, you can track your order as it makes it way to you. Email us at customer@zuresolaris.com if you have any questions.

Can I make any changes to my order?

At this time, we will be unable to make any changes or edits to any orders – this includes the shipping address or payment information. Please make sure to review your information before completing your order. 

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot update the address on an order after it has been placed. In the event that your order is returned to us, we are happy to send a replacement or provide a refund.

Please note that we cannot refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided.

How do I cancel my order?

At this time, we are unable to cancel any orders once they are placed. Make sure to check your order details and shipping information before processing your order.
