We currently ship to North America & the United Kingdom. You can shop Zure Solaris in the EU via Niche Beauty.
Complementary domestic shipping is offered on orders over $100.
North America
- Standard Shipping (4 to 10 working days): $10
- Priority Shipping (3 to 5 working days): $20
United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping (3 to 7 working days): £5
- Priority Shipping (1 to 3 working days): £10
*Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel or divert it.

Returns
To request a return, please contact us at customer@zuresolaris.com.
You may return a product within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items must be returned in their original condition. Returns that have been used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Gift Cards
- Gifts with purchase
- Final sale items
- Used items
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from the Zure Solaris online store. If you purchased one of our products at a retail location, please contact them directly to initiate your return. Please note, third-party reseller return policies may vary.
On receipt of return, if your return is eligible for a refund in line with our Returns Policy we shall process the refund as soon as possible.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Original shipping charges, duties and taxes will not be refunded.
If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency.
